Senior Tibco Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior TIBCO Developer with 7+ years of experience , preferably within the telecommunications sector , to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) , EMS , and related TIBCO tools.
• Integrate telecom systems such as CRM, billing, provisioning, mediation, and network platforms .
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Develop APIs, web services, and messaging-based integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability of integration services.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, operations, and infrastructure teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in TIBCO development .
• Strong experience with TIBCO BW 5.x / 6.x , TIBCO EMS , and SOAP / REST APIs .
• Experience in telecom domain is a must.
• Knowledge of Oracle / SQL databases .
• Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, JMS, and Web Services .
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in telecom integration projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD tools is a plus.
