Position Overview
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Senior Tour Consultant – Inbound to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound travel queries, creating customized itineraries, and ensuring our clients enjoy memorable travel experiences in India. This role requires excellent destination knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and sell inbound tour packages tailored to client requirements.
• Respond promptly to inbound travel inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
• Prepare costings, quotations, and detailed itineraries with accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
• Ensure smooth ground operations by coordinating with service providers.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client concerns efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
