Senior Trademark Paralegal
The Ford Agency is seeking a professional Senior Trademark Paralegal to join a busy Trademark Prosecution practice group at a leading DC law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of Intellectual Property and Trademark experience to work alongside a collaborative and close knit team of professionals with a great work environment!

Responsibilities Include:
- Handle trademark preparation and filing with USPTO and foreign trademark offices
- Utilize trademark search reports
- Manage all trademark related documents
- Handle tracking and deadlines for docket entries
- Update and coordinate with clients on trademark processing status
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of domestic or international trademark experience
- Experience with USPTO and IP docketing systems, TTAB experience a plus
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Professional communication skills
Compensation:
- $92,000 - $130,000 annually
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
