Senior Trader

Trade Management & Execution: Execute trading orders for investment portfolios across Forex, Equities, and Crypto markets, in alignment with the company's approved strategy. Strategy Development: Design, implement, and test advanced and effective trading strategies (including fundamental, technical, and quantitative analysis). Risk Management: Daily monitoring of risk and adjusting position sizes according to approved risk management policies to ensure capital preservation. Analysis and Reporting: Conduct deep-dive market analysis on economic indicators and geopolitical events impacting the markets, and provide periodic performance reports and strategic briefings to senior management. Supervision and Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior traders, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance. Compliance: Ensure all trading activities comply with local and international financial regulations and laws. Required Qualifications and Experience Education: A Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant quantitative field. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are highly preferred. Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of professional trading experience, with a proven and verifiable track record of profitability and risk management across the three mentioned asset classes: Forex, Equities, and Crypto. Analytical Skills: Full proficiency in technical and fundamental market analysis. Expertise in using advanced trading tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and major Crypto exchanges). Communication: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to clearly present briefings and reports. Pressure Management: Proven ability to make quick and correct decisions in a fast-paced, volatile environment.
