SENIOR FINANCIAL OPERATIONS & RELATIONSHIP MARKETING HEAD

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic professional to lead and oversee our financial operations, focusing on the stock market, forex trading, and investment management domains. The ideal candidate will possess deep market expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and proven experience managing large teams while ensuring seamless execution across all financial and client relationship processes.

This role demands strategic vision, market intelligence, and the ability to guide the organization’s financial operations toward growth, compliance, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a large team of financial analysts, traders, and relationship managers.
• Develop team goals, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability across departments.

2. Market Strategy & Financial Operations

• Oversee day-to-day trading, market analysis, and investment operations in both stock and forex segments.
• Monitor global financial trends, currency fluctuations, and equity market developments to inform company strategies.
• Ensure all trading and investment activities are executed efficiently, ethically, and in line with regulations.
• Drive data-backed decision-making through market research and financial analytics.

3. Relationship & Client Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, brokers, and financial partners.
• Lead the relationship management team to deliver superior client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage communications with institutional investors, stakeholders, and key market participants.
• Resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism and strategic insight.

4. Process Optimization & Compliance

• Establish and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline all operations.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate with internal audit and compliance teams to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Oversee operational risk management and implement best practices to minimize exposure.

5. Business Growth & Strategic Planning

• Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities across equity, forex, and derivative markets.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
• Drive innovation and automation within operational and analytical workflows.
• Contribute to organizational branding, partnerships, and expansion plans.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or NISM will be highly advantageous.

Preferred Experience:

• 8–15 years of experience in stock market, forex, or financial operations leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
• Exposure to both domestic and international financial markets.
