Business Development Manager

Main Purpose of the Role:

To support the growth and visibility of Maison de Nova by:

• Attracting and developing client relationships

• Coordinating communication between clients and internal teams

• Assisting with light office and marketing support when required

Generate and follow up with leads (new clients)

Attend or organize client meetings (with or without Shirin)

Present the Maison de Nova brand and services confidently

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams

Maintain a clean database of clients, status, and follow-ups

Submit weekly updates to Director

Help with organising contracts, files, and client folders

Follow up on pending client approvals or payments

Collaborate with marketing to align visuals and campaigns

Support office scheduling (meetings, reminders, events)

• Discreet with confidential client and pricing information

• Flexible: Some weeks are busier than others – initiative is key

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
