Senior Traffic/ Transportation Engineer/ Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Lead Traffic & Transportation Engineer to lead traffic and transport planning projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of traffic and transportation studies and modelling projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and reporting.
• Review and approve technical analyses and modelling outputs.
• Act as main client contact and lead technical meetings.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in traffic and transport modelling.
• Proficiency in VISUM, VISSIM, AIMSUN, SIDRA, or similar tools.
• Traffic Impact Studies and junction analysis.
• Calibration and validation of transport models.
• Strategic transport planning and scenario analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Transportation Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Project management experience; PMP is a plus.
• Arabic speaking is mandatory.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
