Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the design and execution of complex transaction structures and tax optimization strategies. The Senior Transaction Structuring & Tax Optimization Lead will play a pivotal role in maximizing deal efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable value across cross-border investments and corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction structuring: Develop innovative structures for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.
- Tax optimization: Design and implement tax-efficient strategies that align with global and local regulations.
- Cross-border expertise: Navigate international tax treaties, transfer pricing, and regulatory frameworks to optimize global transactions.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks in transaction execution.
- Stakeholder advisory: Provide strategic guidance to senior executives, boards, and investors on structuring and tax implications.
- Collaboration: Partner with legal, finance, and external advisors to ensure seamless execution of complex deals.
- Leadership: Mentor junior professionals, fostering expertise in structuring and tax optimization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in structured finance, tax advisory, or corporate transactions.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-border deals with significant tax implications.
- Strong knowledge of international tax law, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, law, or MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are a plus.
Pay: QAR170.00 - QAR290.00 per hour
