Senior Transportation Associate

Job Summary

The Senior Transportation Associate is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing daily transportation and logistics activities to ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods. This role involves overseeing transportation operations, managing relationships with carriers, resolving escalations, and supporting process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for routing/ optimizing of trips, OTA and OTD
• Responsible for the on time closure of complaints/escalations.
• Interacting with employees and team leads for any kind of communication / feedback regarding Transport.
• Overlook for compliance management of all types of documents of vendor, drivers and vehicle
• Putting efforts in order to continuously improve upon the efficiency in terms of cost control & reduction
• Regular meeting with Operations for enhanced CSAT
• Actively participating in Transport Software Fleet star and Mobile app feature enhancement
• Contribution in Budget forecasting
• Managing Internal & external Audits

Skills / Experience Required

• Should have worked on transport application environment
