Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Travel Consultant – Outbound Operations to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate must be based in Dubai, have in-depth knowledge of outbound travel operations, and be proficient in creating customized quotations, working with booking systems, and handling direct supplier contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle outbound travel operations for FIT, groups, and corporate clients.
• Prepare tailored quotations, itineraries, and travel packages across multiple destinations.
• Use booking systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to reserve flights and other travel components.
• Work directly with DMCs, hotels, and activity providers across key outbound destinations.
• Maintain and manage direct contracts with hotels and travel service providers.
• Manage group travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, and visas.
• Handle pre- and post-booking support, amendments, and client coordination.
• Ensure service quality, accurate costing, and timely delivery of itineraries.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Keep updated with market trends, new destinations, and global travel advisories.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound travel operations (B2C/B2B) within the UAE market.
• Strong destination knowledge: Europe, Asia, Americas, Africa, etc.
• Proficient in using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Hands-on experience with travel booking platforms, XML integrations, and contracting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately or within short notice.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Travel Consultant – Inbound Operations who is an expert in handling incoming travel to Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong operational experience, excellent knowledge of local hotels, service providers, and platforms, and must be currently working in Dubai’s inbound tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete inbound travel operations: FIT, groups, leisure, VIPs, and corporate.
• Handle bookings through all major platforms and GDS.
• Coordinate with over 400+ direct hotel contracts in Dubai and the UAE.
• Work closely with local suppliers for excursions, transportation, guides, events, and special experiences.
• Create customized itineraries, packages, and travel documentation.
• Process confirmations, amendments, and cancellations across all services.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best rates and availability.
• Ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction throughout the travel journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team for itinerary development and execution.
• Stay updated on new hotel openings, promotions, and service providers in the region.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in inbound operations with a DMC or travel company.
• Excellent working knowledge of Dubai and UAE hotels, services, and tourism products.
• Experience in using GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and other travel systems.
• Hands-on experience dealing with excursion operators, transport providers, and local attractions.
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Based in Dubai and ready to join on short notice.
