The Travel Consultant will be responsible for supporting clients throughout their travel journey by providing high-quality service, managing reservations, and promoting the company’s travel packages. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer needs efficiently..

1. Key Responsibilities

Handle and assist foreign and local customers with travel inquiries.

Manage hotel bookings and ensure accurate reservation details.

Arrange and schedule sightseeing tours and travel itineraries.

Handle flight reservations using internal systems.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Promote company travel products and meet sales targets.

2. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Amadeus reservation system.

Good knowledge of East Asian and European destinations.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
