Gateway Travel & Tourism is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our dynamic travel operations. If you are passionate about travel, sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end travel consultations for leisure and corporate clientsDesign customized travel itineraries including flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and holiday packagesProvide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and airline policiesManage bookings, reservations, ticketing, and amendments using GDS systemsDeliver excellent pre- and post-travel customer supportAchieve sales targets while maintaining high service standardsCoordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and tour operatorsResolve customer issues efficiently and professionallyRequirementsFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Previous experience in the same role is mandatoryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service skills with a sales-driven mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood knowledge of travel destinations, airline fares, and travel documentationProficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
