Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Itinerary Design: Develop detailed, customized itineraries for complex business/leisure trips, VIPs.
- Booking & Ticketing: Handle all aspects of reservations, including complex international/domestic ticketing (issuance, amendments, cancellations) using company's software.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns via phone/email, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
- Emergency Resolution: Take leadership in managing travel disruptions, rerouting, and crisis situations.
- Supplier Management: Research, negotiate, and build relationships with airlines, hotels, and vendors for best rates.
- Mentorship: Guide and train junior travel consultants on systems, processes, and selling techniques.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, visa requirements, and new destinations.
