Senior Travel Consultant

A Senior Travel Consultant is a seasoned travel professional who leverages extensive knowledge and experience to plan and manage complex travel arrangements for clients, offering expert advice and ensuring a seamless and personalized travel experience. Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:Understanding client travel preferences, budgets, and specific requirements to tailor travel plans.
• Expert Itinerary Planning:Designing and developing customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions.
• Travel Arrangements and Reservations:Making reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Destination Knowledge:Possessing in-depth knowledge of various destinations, including cultural attractions, local customs, and travel advisories.
• Problem Solving and Crisis Management:Addressing any issues or unexpected problems that may arise during the client's travel, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Sales and Customer Service:Providing exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasive skills.
• Industry Knowledge:Staying up-to-date with the latest travel trends, airline partnerships, and industry regulations.
• Documentation and Visa Assistance:Assisting clients with obtaining necessary travel documents, including visas and passports.
• Budget Management:Helping clients find the best value for their travel investments while meeting their needs and expectations.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Possessing excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and travel vendors.

Experience: 3-5 years in Relevant Industry

Salary : 30000 - 40000 / month
