Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Travel Consultant to join our travel team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international travel bookings and be able to handle clients independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international travel bookings
• Prepare customized tour packages and quotations
• Book flight tickets, hotels, visas, transport, and sightseeing
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
• Provide complete travel guidance to customers
• Manage corporate and leisure travel clients
• Handle customer queries, changes, and cancellations
• Follow up with clients and close bookings
• Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a travel agency
• Strong knowledge of air ticketing, hotels, visas, and tour packages
• Experience in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of international destinations is preferred

• Sales and negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management
• Time management and multitasking
• Team handling (for senior role)
