Role Objective

We are seeking a high-performing Treasury Sales Dealer with strong front-end experience in FX, Derivatives, Interest Rate Products, and Commodities , specifically serving large corporate clients . The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional with deep market knowledge and a consultative approach to client engagement. This role excludes candidates from operations or risk backgrounds and focuses on those with direct client-facing dealing experience.


Detailed Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of FX, derivatives , interest rate , and commodity products to large corporates .
  • Provide tailored treasury solutions based on client risk profiles and market conditions.
  • Execute trades and manage client portfolios within approved limits and compliance frameworks.
  • Deliver market insights and product updates to clients regularly.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Traders, and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and hedge client exposures in FX and interest rates .
  • Support the development of online treasury platforms and digital execution channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Risk, Legal, BIU) to ensure product integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to promotional campaigns and client education sessions on treasury products.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of trade execution and reporting


Educational Qualifications

  • ACI, CFA, ACT, or FRM are added advantages.
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is an advantage.


Experience

  • 8–12 years in Treasury Sales or Dealing roles within banking or financial services.
  • Direct experience with large corporate clients and institutional treasury functions.
  • Strong exposure to FX, derivatives, interest rate instruments, and commodities .
  • Hands-on experience with trading platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, FXall, etc.).
