What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all phases of litigation, from strategy development through trial and appeal
• Drive case strategy to deliver outstanding results for clients
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare persuasive arguments
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• Present cases in court with confidence and clarity
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and colleagues to build strong cases
• Mentor junior attorneys and guide paralegals to strengthen our team
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active state bar membership, in good standing
• 8–10+ years of proven trial experience in high-stakes litigation
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases effectively
• Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring
• Unwavering integrity and professionalism

Preferred:

• Background in commercial litigation, personal injury, or intellectual property
• Prior leadership or managerial experience
• Recognized achievements in trial advocacy
