Senior Truck Dispatcher (USA)

Job Description

AAA Digital Marketing Solutions is looking for experienced Senior Truck Dispatcher with strong knowledge of the US trucking market to manage end-to-end dispatch operations and maximize load profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage dry van / reefer / flatbed trucks across the USA
• Book high-paying loads using DAT, Truckstop, Loadlink, etc.
• Negotiate competitive rates with brokers and shippers
• Plan routes to minimize deadhead miles and maximize revenue
• Maintain daily communication with drivers regarding routes, ETAs, and issues
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies
• Handle documentation, rate confirmations, and issue resolution
• Monitor KPIs, truck performance, and revenue targets

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Truck Dispatcher (USA market)
• Strong understanding of US lanes, rates, and seasons
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience handling multiple trucks simultaneously
• Familiar with ELDs, TMS, and dispatch software
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
• Shift Timings: 6:00pm-3:00am
