- Develop and implement long-term category strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Own full P&L accountability for TV & Mobile categories, driving revenue and margin optimization.
- Drive GMV growth, take-rate optimization, and category profitability.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key sellers, ensuring competitiveness in pricing, assortment, and fulfillment.
- Negotiate commercial terms, joint marketing activities, and exclusivity deals.
- Monitor seller performance (delivery, returns, cancellation rate, ratings) and enforce marketplace policies.
- Optimize product assortment and availability to meet customer demand and reduce assortment gaps.
- Work with merchandising and marketing to ensure high-quality content, product detail pages, and promotions.
- Partner with Customer Experience to reduce category-related complaints and enhance satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide category & account managers to strengthen category capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in category management, marketplace management, or e-commerce commercial roles.
- Strong background in consumer electronics (TV & Mobile).
- Demonstrated success in scaling marketplace categories, managing sellers, and driving GMV growth.
- Proven P&L management experience.
- Strong leadership, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
