Senior UI Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an expereinced UI Designer to join our team and create visually stunning, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will be responsible for translating user requirements and business goals into elegant, intuitive designs that enhance user experience and align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Responsive, modern, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate concepts into functional interfaces
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing
• Stay current with UI design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Work within brand guidelines while bringing creative innovation to each project
• Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams
• Participate in user research and testing to validate design decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design across web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar
• Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and design implementation constraints
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
