Senior UI-UX Developer

Hiring – UI/UX Developer

Better Recruitment is hiring for one of its well-known clients located on Jail Road, Lahore.

Office Location: Jail Road, Lahore
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design multi-tenant dashboards, CRM workflows, and property listing modules.
• Build design systems & component libraries aligned with Tailwind, Material UI, and shadcn/ui.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff via Figma.
• Create mobile-first responsive designs that extend naturally into PWA/mobile apps.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on feedback.
• Ensure designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Maintain brand consistency while allowing tenant-level theming/branding.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years as a UI/UX Designer (SaaS/CRM preferred).
• Strong command of Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD (Figma required).
• Experience designing for dashboards, admin panels, or complex apps.
• Familiarity with component-driven design (Atomic Design / Design Systems).
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first UX.
• Understanding of developer handoff (TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, Material UI).
• Good grasp of user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of Next.js ecosystem.
• Motion/interaction design (Lottie, After Effects, or Framer Motion).
• Familiarity with accessibility & internationalization (i18n).
• Opportunity to design a scalable SaaS platform from the ground up.
• Collaborative product team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, AI).
