UI/UX & Email Designer Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, competitive audits, and stakeholder interviews to define UX requirements.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, and user flows to validate design concepts.
• Visual Design: Develop polished, on-brand UI assets—layouts, icons, typography, color schemes, and imagery—for web and email channels.
• Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, developers, and marketing strategists to ensure seamless handoff and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Usability Testing: Plan and moderate usability sessions, synthesize feedback, and iterate designs to optimize conversion and engagement.
• Standards & Documentation: Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in an agency or in-house digital team.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Branding and logo capability is a must.
• Experience designing for email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) a strong plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, website designs, and email templates.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
