Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces and improve user experience across our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-centric UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather feedback to enhance designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain and improve design consistency across all platforms and products.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to align designs with business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
