The Role

We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer with a strong passion for building intuitive, modern, and user-friendly digital experiences. The candidate should have hands-on experience with the latest design tools, trends, and technologies, and the ability to deliver designs that meet international standards.

As a Lead Designer, you will take ownership of the design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design systems aligned with user needs.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with global usability standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to improve overall team output.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in UI/UX design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UI/UX projects across platforms.
• Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and responsive design.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end basics.
• Experience in animations, motion graphics, or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
