About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer who can design and deliver exceptional digital experiences that resonate across multiple audiences. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of user-centered design, brand storytelling, and responsive web design, with a sharp eye for clean, modern, and scalable interfaces.

This is a critical role for the designer who works on a top-level website and spin-off subsites that cater to specific industries and user groups. This is a fast-paced opportunity with a potential for long-term engagement.

Key Requirements & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design across diverse industries.
• Proven ability to create creative designs that meet high standards of professionalism and usability.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Lead user research to gather insights and develop user-centered experiences.
• Design responsive, accessible user interfaces and create wireframes, prototypes, and visual storytelling assets to communicate concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to iterate and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in designing modular systems, design systems, and scalable UI components.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and turning them into clear visual narratives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually engaging, and conversion-focused UI/UX solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop design strategies that appeal to different user groups.
• Create a cohesive top-level digital experience that unifies all audience types under a single brand story.
• Design and prototype dynamic subsites tailored to specific verticals .
• Work closely with the client's requirement to understand design feedback and quickly iterate on visual concepts.
• Maintain a balance between formal brand tone and modern, engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and product leads to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoff.
• Conduct comprehensive user research and translate findings into actionable design strategies, including personas, journey maps, and service blueprints.

Pay: ₹19,171.25 - ₹67,344.01 per month
