Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ensure design consistency through style guides, design systems, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Continuously improve the user journey by identifying pain points and proposing design enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design projects.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
• Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability studies.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience in motion design/animations.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
