Senior UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on eCommerce design principles and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to help us optimize our digital storefronts, increase user engagement, and drive measurable business results.

Position Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer specializing in eCommerce and CRO, you will play a critical role in creating data-driven, user-centric designs that improve customer journeys and increase conversions. You will work closely with developers, marketers, product owners, and stakeholders to design and iterate on user interfaces that are not just beautiful but also effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually appealing eCommerce interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct UX research, user testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Analyze user behavior, session recordings, and heatmaps to inform design decisions.
• Optimize product pages, checkout flows, landing pages, and other key touchpoints for conversion.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Apply and extend existing design systems or create new ones as needed.
• Run A/B tests and use performance metrics to guide iterative design changes.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, CRO best practices, and emerging eCommerce technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on eCommerce.
• A strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce/CRO-related design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and conversion-focused design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (not required for coding but to understand feasibility).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for improving customer experience and business KPIs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in WooCommerce and Magento.
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
