Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Creative and Design Team. In this role, you will assist in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for real estate platforms, websites, and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user journey — from browsing property listings to engaging with client portals and marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and improvement of user interfaces for real estate web and mobile platforms.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and refine the user experience.
- Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and marketers to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Participate in user research and feedback sessions to enhance design usability and accessibility.
- Maintain and apply design standards, brand guidelines, and best practices across all projects.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and real estate design innovations to bring creative ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (real estate or digital product experience preferred).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and prototyping workflows.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, user-focused design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
