   About the role
  
  Join our design team as a Senior UI/UX Designer, where you’ll be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences for our fintech digital products. You will play a key role in designing the aesthetics and usability of our web and mobile financial applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, accessible, and easy to navigate. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to deliver user-centric solutions that align with our business goals and enhance the financial experience for our users.
 
   |What You’ll Do
  
  Primary Responsibilities
 
- 
    Design Leadership:
   
   Lead UI/UX design projects across the entire product lifecycle, setting the vision for the user experience and creating space for others to collaborate on financial product design
  
 - 
    User-Centered Design:
   
   Conduct user research, create user personas, and design wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows specifically for fintech applications
  
 - 
    Prototyping and Testing:
   
   Develop prototypes that clearlyillustrate how financial platforms function and look, testing and iterating designs based on user feedback
  
 - 
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   
   Work closely with developers, product man- agers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive design language and user experience across all fintech product touchpoints
  
 - 
    Brand Consistency:
   
   Ensure consistency in visual elements and defining be- behavior that aligns with brand guidelines and financial industrystan- dards
  
 - 
    Team Mentoring:
   
   Mentor junior designers, providing them with guidance and feedback on their work while building design capabilities within the team
  
 - 
    Industry Awareness:
   
   Keep abreast of competitor financial products, fintech trends, and emerging design patterns in the financial services industry
  
 
   Education
  
- 
    Minimum:
   
   Bachelor’s degree in Design,Computer Science, or a relatedfield
  
 - 
    Preferred:
   
   Advanced degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  
 
- 
    Years of Experience:
   
   Minimum 5 years in UI/UX design, particularly in tech, fintech, or financial services products
  
 - 
    Industry Experience:
   
   Experience with financial applications, payment sys- teams, or fintech products preferred
  
 - 
    Role-Specific Experience:
   
   Proven track record in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers
