Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user journeys.
• Lead and execute end-to-end design processes — from research, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.
• Analyze user feedback and usability test results to iterate and refine experiences.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Support product and marketing teams with engaging visuals, including social media graphics, email templates, infographics, and campaign assets.
• Conduct UX audits and propose improvements to existing products and interfaces.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and UI frameworks to ensure designs remain modern and effective.
• Create walkthroughs and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across platforms.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers when needed.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced or digital agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design case studies and measurable impact on user experience.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset — able to take full ownership of assigned projects.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and deliver user-focused solutions.
• Effective time management and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Prior involvement in UI/UX strategy, user research, or design system development.
