Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in real-time AI-driven experiences and Blockchain-based product interfaces. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping user journeys, visual identity, and design systems for our next-generation digital platforms. This is a strategic position that demands creativity, design leadership, and hands-on technical expertise in modern design frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for web and mobile applications, from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and AI/Blockchain engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
• Integrate AI-driven personalization and real-time data visualization into product experiences.
• Design intuitive workflows for Blockchain-integrated modules, ensuring transparency, security, and ease of use.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine designs continuously.
• Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for scalable design delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in UX design, AI integration, and Web3/Blockchain UI paradigms.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Illustrator.
• Expertise in interactive prototyping, motion design, and user journey mapping.
• Proven experience designing interfaces for AI-driven systems (e.g., dashboards, chatbots, predictive analytics).
• Understanding of Blockchain UX principles — wallet design, decentralized apps (dApps), transaction flows, and data integrity visualization.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, React-based design systems, and front-end collaboration workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to balance creativity with business goals in a dynamic, agile environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design with a strong design portfolio.
• Proven track record of working with AI-based products, Blockchain applications, or SaaS platforms.

Pay: ₹18,702.74 - ₹35,000.00 per month
