We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior UI/UX Designer
to lead the design and optimization of our digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design systems, user flows, and interaction principles, with the ability to translate complex journeys into intuitive, visually engaging interfaces.
Responsibilities

Map end-to-end customer journeys for each product area.

Identify user pain points and convergence opportunities between app and web.

Develop service blueprints that capture cross-channel interactions.

Define navigation structures, hierarchy, and interaction flows.

Create low-fidelity wireframes using Figma or equivalent tools.

Validate information architecture and navigation logic through internal reviews and feedback sessions.

Create and maintain a unified component library and style guide.

Develop mid- and high-fidelity prototypes that accurately represent real interaction states.

Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all digital surfaces.

Work closely with UX Researchers to integrate user insights into design decisions.

Partner with development teams to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.

Provide detailed design specifications, redlines, and support QA during testing and sign-off phases.

Deliver quick-turnaround mockups for initiatives like IPO, GR, or campaign-driven work.

Iterate and refine designs based on user testing outcomes and analytics data.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
