Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Night 9 pm to 6 am.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site)

About the Role:
Techforge Innovations is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. You'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of web and mobile applications across a variety of local and international projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define user experience goals
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs using Figma or Adobe XD
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions
• Maintain consistency in design across all digital products
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure implementation accuracy
• Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
• Experience creating responsive web and mobile-friendly designs
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for Flutter or React-based applications
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics
• Prior experience in a product-based or SaaS company
