Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to transform our mobile applications into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design process, from user research to final UI delivery, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete design process, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI delivery.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, personas, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Design visually appealing and consistent UI components aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Mentor junior designers and help build a strong design culture.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for mobile or web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered design work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
