Senior UI/UX designer

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Team Lead to oversee our design team and lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on UI/UX experience with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide the UI/UX design team in daily tasks and long-term projects.
• Drive the full design lifecycle—from research, ideation, and wireframing to prototyping and final UI delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on expectations and deliverables.
• Review and approve team members’ work, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing designs.
• Manage project timelines, workload distribution, and design priorities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• In-depth knowledge of UI/UX principles, design systems, user flows, and interaction design.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications, including responsive interfaces.
• Leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring designers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder reviews.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and past leadership contributions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
