Senior UI/UX Designer

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in translating business requirements and user needs into efficient workflows.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively illustrate design concepts and interactions.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Design and implement design systems, pattern libraries, and experience guidelines
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards.
• Provide design assets and specifications to developers, ensuring accurate implementation of designs.
• Lead direct client conversations and keep communication aligned and consistent.

Requirements

• Experience working within a product team, including collaborating with designers, content strategists, researchers, UI Engineers, and product management.
• Prior experience as a UX Designer or Digital Product Designer, creating and/or improving transactional SaaS/IaaS/PaaS or complex software products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Complex problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends, particularly in the AI domain, and incorporate best practices into your designs.
• Proficient in designing data visualizations to convey complex information in a user-friendly way.
• Experienced in responsive design for web, iOS, and Android platforms, delivering consistent experiences across all devices.
