Job Title: Web Graphic Designer
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Pakistan-based, occasional office attendance if required)

About the Role:
We are looking for a designer who understands the web, not just the tools. You should have a strong eye for layout, user journeys, design systems, and modern digital trends. Most of your work will be creating clean, functional website designs that our developers can build from. You will work closely with both the design and development teams to bring client websites and digital products to life.

What You Will Do:

• Create web layouts, UI components, and page designs using Figma.
• Turn loose or vague briefs into structured, user-friendly designs.
• Work with developers to make sure your designs translate well into responsive builds.
• Follow modern trends in web and app design.
• Produce custom graphics or assets when needed.
• Keep design quality consistent across projects.

What We Need:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in web design or UI/UX design.
• Strong understanding of layout, user journeys, and design principles.
• Confident using Figma for web-focused work.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• A portfolio that shows clear web design work.
• Someone who communicates well and can work smoothly with developers.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor.
• Experience creating custom graphics, icons, or assets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month

Experience:

• HTML and CSS: 3 years (Required)
• working directly with developers on web projects: 3 years (Required)
• Figma: 2 years (Required)
• Photoshop or Illustrator: 2 years (Required)
• WordPress or Elementor: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Islamabad
