Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with 3–6 years of expertise in designing modern, intuitive, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will craft high-quality interfaces for web and mobile applications, lead design solutions, and contribute to visually compelling social media creatives. This role requires advanced visual design capabilities, strong UX strategy understanding, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website & App UI/UX Design

• Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, UI layouts, and design systems.
• Apply advanced UX principles to build seamless, intuitive, and conversion-focused user journeys.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain design integrity.
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance insights.

2. Social Media & Marketing Design

• Create polished, on-brand visuals for social media posts, ads, banners, carousels, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Support the marketing team with creative direction and high-quality design assets.

3. UX Research & User Insights

• Conduct competitor analysis, heuristic evaluations, user testing, and behavior analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate insights into actionable improvements for user flow, accessibility, and interface efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging UI trends, industry standards, and design best practices.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Participate in strategy discussions, ideation sessions, and creative brainstorming.
• Present design concepts, rationales, and prototypes to stakeholders and clients.

5. Design Systems & Asset Management

• Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, reusable components, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure structured organization of design files, libraries, and documentation for efficient workflow and scalability.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern UI design, complex user flows, and problem-solving through UX.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive layouts, accessibility standards, and design system creation.
• Ability to create high-quality social media visuals and marketing creatives.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to justify design decisions and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with motion graphics, micro-interactions, or prototyping tools (After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie).
• Basic knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) for better developer collaboration.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced, or product-led environments.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, B2B products, or technology-driven solutions.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
