Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: Master’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Job Summary:We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to define, design, and enhance the user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking, ensuring that every product interaction is intuitive, accessible, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the development of high-level design concepts for complex projects and initiatives
• Drive end-to-end UX/UI design processes, including user research, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
• Review, guide, and mentor junior designers to maintain design quality and consistency. Stay up to date with usability trends, industry best practices, and emerging design tools, and share insights with the team
• Identify opportunities to improve existing design processes, workflows, and user experiences
• Advocate for and help instill a human-centered, collaborative, and design-driven culture across the organization
• Work effectively in an Agile development environment, clearly communicating design decisions and rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Extensive experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and other wireframing and prototyping tools
• Strong ability to think strategically and tactically, with high levels of self-direction, innovation, and creativity
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for solving complex visual and interaction design problems, with the ability to propose and evaluate multiple design solutions
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, usability, and responsive design
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives and take full ownership of outcomes
• Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level design thinking, problem-solving skills, and digital product experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and compliance is a plus.
