Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of user-centric, visually appealing, and highly functional digital experiences. The role will focus primarily on UI/UX design (80%) with graphic design (20%), or may be structured as 100% UI/UX, depending on the candidate’s expertise.

The ideal candidate will design intuitive interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms while collaborating closely with developers, marketers, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms aligned with business and user goals
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and visual assets
• Collaborate with developers, marketing, and product teams to ensure accurate design implementation
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to product improvement discussions
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to optimize designs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar modern design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web and mobile applications
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Knowledge of interaction design, user flows, and prototyping
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred, not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Prior experience working with digital marketing teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
