Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead user experience design across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs and mentoring junior designers while collaborating closely with product managers and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and usability standards
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements
• Review and improve existing UI/UX to enhance usability and performance
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
• Mentor junior designers and provide design feedback
• Stay updated with latest UX trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in SaaS / Enterprise / Product-based applications

· Exposure to Agile / Scrum development environments

· Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics

· Experience working with cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
