Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong analytical skills, a creative and aesthetic-driven design approach, and a deep focus on delivering excellent user experiences. Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of UI/UX design processes for web and mobile platforms
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging design solutions
• Design conversion-driven interfaces for e-commerce, landing pages, and campaign experiences
• Contribute to the creation and evolution of design systems and component libraries
• Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams
• Continuously improve user experience through data, insights, and user feedback
• Provide design guidance and support to ensure high-quality and consistent user experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments such as Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design, preferably in a Senior or Lead role
• Strong visual design skills with a high aesthetic standard and creative perspective
• Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, retail, fashion, or similar industries (in-house or agency)
• Proven experience designing for large brands or high-traffic digital products
• Strong background in e-commerce UX, user journeys, campaign pages, and conversion optimization
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Ability to collaborate with global teams; working proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
