Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer with 3–8 years of experience to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with deep user experience knowledge, and the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless digital solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and to mentor and guide a team of designers.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX)

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction across digital products.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-centered solutions.

User Interface (UI)

• Design visually appealing and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Deliver pixel-perfect mockups and high-fidelity designs ready for development handoff.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to align designs with business goals.
• Mentor and review the work of junior designers to maintain quality and consistency.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and prototypes to stakeholders.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, agile workflows, and design critiques.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 3–8 years of UI/UX design experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Design Systems & Accessibility (WCAG) compliance.
• Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
