Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a proven track record of creating intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine deep design expertise with strategic thinking, user empathy, and leadership capabilities to influence product vision and drive design excellence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design of digital products, including web, mobile, and enterprise applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Develop and define UX strategies in alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems that ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices across products and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate our design strategy.
• Present design solutions and rationale to senior management and key stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design, and UX problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Miro, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring and leading design teams is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
• Arabic language skills (desirable, not mandatory)
