Senior UI/UX Designer

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience and proven SaaS product design experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable SaaS platforms and improving user journeys for complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX design for SaaS-based web products
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Improve usability, onboarding, and product adoption
• Collaborate with product managers and developers
• Maintain and evolve design systems for SaaS products
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterations
• Guide and review work of junior designers

Requirements (Must-Have):

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Mandatory experience designing SaaS products
• Strong portfolio showcasing live or past SaaS platforms
• Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools)
• Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability
• Ability to work independently and lead design decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with B2B SaaS products
• Knowledge of analytics-driven design improvements
• Basic understanding of frontend development
