About Expin

Expin is a creator and influencer marketing platform operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We connect brands with content creators at scale — running campaigns for e-commerce merchants, restaurants, clinics, and enterprise brands across the GCC.

We're a fast-moving product team. Our platform includes a mobile app, a merchant web dashboard, and a growing suite of campaign tools. We also build marketing pages and conversion-focused landing pages for our own growth. This role touches all three.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll own design across two tracks: Expin's internal product (mobile app screens, merchant dashboard, onboarding flows) and external-facing work (marketing pages, landing pages, Webflow builds). Some weeks you're deep in a product flow. Others you're designing a conversion page for a KSA merchant launch. You need to be comfortable in both modes.

Day-to-day this means designing app screens in Figma, building or updating pages in Webflow, improving conversion on existing flows, and occasionally designing for Shopify storefronts.

What We're Looking For

You have 4+ years of UI/UX experience and a portfolio that proves it — product screens, marketing pages, and ideally at least one Webflow build. You think in user flows, not just pretty screens. You know why a button placement matters, not just what color it should be.

Required:

• Expert-level Figma
• Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, spacing, hierarchy)
• Webflow — you've built production sites, not just prototypes
• Mobile-first thinking — a significant part of our product is a React Native app
• Ability to work independently and push work forward without hand-holding

Strong plus:

• CRO experience — you've run or contributed to A/B tests, you understand landing page performance
• Shopify — theme customisation or storefront design
• Experience designing for Arabic-language interfaces (RTL layouts)

Pay: E£50,000.00 - E£75,000.00 per month
