Senior UI/UX Designer

Are you passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and elegant interfaces that truly solve user problems? We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead complex design initiatives and help elevate the overall design quality and consistency of our products.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong UX thinking with exceptional UI execution and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful product experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end UX/UI design for key product features and user flows
• Translate business and user needs into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Ensure alignment with our design system, accessibility standards, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Writing teams
• Review work and mentor other designers when needed
• Contribute to design governance, documentation, and continuous improvement
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in UX research, interaction design, and UI design
• Ability to simplify complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong visual and product design skills
• Experience building and maintaining design systems, UI kits, components, assets, and design architecture
• Hands-on experience with Design Thinking methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working within multidisciplinary design teams
• Experience designing mobile-first products for iOS and/or Android
• Previous experience in B2C products
• Familiarity with developer handoff best practices
