Key Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions

Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards

Translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing designs

Optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics
-
Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms

Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices

Knowledge of interaction design and prototyping

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
