Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards
• Translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing designs
• Optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices
• Knowledge of interaction design and prototyping
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
