Senior UI/UX Designer (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or related roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design projects.
Expertise in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI practices.
Familiarity with usability testing, user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows for effective developer collaboration.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum product environments.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research and ideation to final handoff.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user pain points and opportunities.
Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with product goals and brand identity.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides.
Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
Optimize existing user experiences by identifying usability issues and proposing improvements.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital products.
Present design concepts, rationale, and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving overall design processes and standards.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
