Senior UI/UX Designer (Web & Product Design)

We are an IT company seeking a UI/UX Designer who can design clean, modern, and accessible user interfaces while clearly understanding and translating business and technical requirements into effective UX/UI solutions.

This role requires strong adherence to UI/UX standards, WCAG accessibility, and the ability to deliver developer-ready assets, including interactive prototypes.

Responsibilities

· Translate business, product, and technical requirements into clear UX flows and polished UI designs

· Ask clarifying questions to ensure requirements are fully understood before designing

· Design intuitive and visually appealing websites and web applications

· Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs

· Create interactive prototypes (low- to high-fidelity) to validate UX flows, requirements, and edge cases before development

· Follow established UI/UX standards and common design patterns

· Design with WCAG accessibility standards in mind from the start

· Maintain consistency through design systems and reusable components

· Deliver clean, developer-ready Figma files, including:

o Organized layers and naming conventions

o Components, styles, and auto layout

o Exportable assets and clear specifications

· Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile

· Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation

· Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability findings, and constraints

Required Skills & Experience

· Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for web or web-based applications

· Strong portfolio demonstrating:

o Clear UX reasoning and decision-making

o Visually polished UI

o Requirements-driven design solutions

· Expert proficiency with Figma (components, auto layout, styles, libraries, prototyping)

· Strong ability to:

o Understand written and verbal requirements

o Identify gaps, edge cases, and ambiguities

o Translate requirements into effective UX/UI designs

· Solid understanding of:

o UX principles and usability best practices

o Standard UI patterns (navigation, forms, dashboards, tables, modals)

o Responsive and adaptive design

· Required: Practical experience applying WCAG accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x, AA level)

· Experience delivering developer-ready design handoffs with minimal follow-up

Nice to Have

· Experience creating or maintaining design systems

· Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 compliance in production systems

· Experience working with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)

· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

· Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or internal tools

· Prototypes are used to validate UX flows and edge cases before development

· Designs are accessible, consistent, and standards-based

· Developers receive clear, well-structured assets with minimal clarification needed
